It is Malcolm's responsibility to oversee all the work of the project in conjunction with the Management Group. Malcolm is proud to be Cumbrian and supports Carlisle United FC. |  | CatCat Derrick Cat is a development youth worker with responsbilities in schools, training young leaders and CYFA. She is also involved with Elite Dance and Treading the Board Theater Company which are two of the things that Cat loves. |
 | HHelen Bolister Helen (H) is a development youth worker with responsibilities in training volunteers, outdoor education and Pathfinders. H loves water sports and runs the Breakout, our kayaking club. |  | IngaInga Lanigan Inga is the youth administrator and tries to keep the team running smoothly. She is normally the first port of call for information on clubs and residentials and also runs the Woodchurch Community bus scheme. However, her job description can change on a daily basis! She enjoys volunteering at Overchurch Upton Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. |
